The Experience

I want the whole experience to feel simple, relaxed and personal - not just the wedding day itself.
From the moment you enquire, I'll guide you through what happens next, help you feel prepared, and make sure you always know what to expect.
My Process
1. Connect & Discover
It all starts with your enquiry. Tell me as much as you can about the two of you, your wedding and what you're planning — I genuinely love hearing all the little details.
If I'm available for your date and it feels like we're a good fit, I'll send everything you need to make it official. Your date is secured once I've received your signed contract and £300 non-refundable deposit.
I aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, whether I'm available for your date or not.
2. Plan & Prepare
Around two months before your wedding, I'll send over a simple online questionnaire so I can get to know the finer details of your day — timings, locations, the people who matter most, and anything you'd especially love me to know.
From there, I'll build myself a clear running order so I know where I need to be and when, without you having to think about it on the day.
The aim is simple: you can get on with enjoying your wedding, while I quietly keep track of everything happening around you.
3. Capture & Deliver
When the day finally arrives, your only job is to enjoy it. I’ll arrive knowing the plan, keep an eye on the timings, gently guide you when needed and spend the rest of the day capturing everything as it unfolds.
Within 5 days, I’ll send you a preview gallery so you can relive a little of it while everything still feels wonderfully fresh.
Your full gallery will follow within 6–8 weeks, carefully edited and delivered through your private online gallery, ready to download, share and keep.
And I’ll always keep you updated along the way.
common questions

Where do you travel?
I'm based in Cheshire, but I photograph weddings all across the UK. I have a particular soft spot for the Lake District, Scotland, Cornwall and Wales — but if you're planning something somewhere else, I'd still love to hear about it.
Travel anywhere in the UK is included in my wedding packages, so there are no surprise mileage fees afterwards.
A quick note to add, places like the Outer Hebrides or Northern Ireland may prove a little difficult for me to travel to since becoming a Mum, but by all means still contact me and I'll see what I can do.
When will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a preview gallery within 5 days of your wedding, so you won't have to wait long to relive some of it.
Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks through a private online gallery, where you can download your photographs and easily share them with friends and family.
When do you arrive and leave?
For full-day coverage, I usually arrive around 1–2 hours before your ceremony. That gives me plenty of time to photograph the build-up, details and those last few moments before everything begins.
I'll normally stay until shortly after your first dance, usually around 8–8:30pm. Weddings that have an early ceremony, such as midday, and a late first dance, such as post 8pm, may need to be discussed further but we can have a chat after you enquire.
We'll go through the timings of your day together beforehand, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is different, so I don't work to a fixed number. For full-day coverage, you can typically expect around 500–1,000 carefully edited photographs.
The final number depends on things like the size of your wedding, the length of the day and how much is happening — but if it's a moment worth keeping, I'm not going to leave it out just to hit a number.
We're awkward in front of the camera - is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me some version of this before their wedding.
You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. I'll give you a little direction whenever you need it, but for most of the day I'll simply let you get on with enjoying yourselves and photograph what happens naturally.
My job is to make you feel comfortable — not turn your wedding into a photoshoot.
