CANDIDCAM puts two nostalgic handheld camcorders into the hands of your favourite people, letting them capture your wedding from inside it — the moments they see, the things you miss, and everything happening when I’m somewhere else with my camera.
At the end of the day, I take the cameras away and edit the best of what your guests captured into an emotive, nostalgic 4–5 minute highlights film — your wedding, seen through the eyes of the people who were right there in it with you.

I BRING THE CAMERAS
On the day, I’ll bring two camcorders ready to go and hand them over to your chosen people — bridesmaids, groomsmen, siblings, best friends, or whoever you trust to embrace the chaos.
STEP 03
YOUR PEOPLE CAPTURE THE DAY
Pass them around, pick them up, talk to them, dance with them. There are no perfect takes and no filming skills required.
The accidental clips are usually the best ones.
STEP 04
I TAKE CARE OF THE REST
Before I leave, I’ll collect both cameras and take everything away with me. No files to upload, equipment to return or footage for you to sort through.

What CANDIDCAM is - and isn't...
CANDIDCAM isn’t traditional wedding videography, and it isn’t trying to be.
The cameras are in the hands of your guests, not me, so what comes back will be candid, unpredictable and completely personal to your day.
You won’t get your full ceremony or speeches filmed from start to finish. My focus on the day will always be your photography, while CANDIDCAM captures everything happening around the edges:
The morning chaos.
Messages to camera.
Laughter after a few drinks.
Blurry dance-floor clips.
The voices, faces and tiny moments you might otherwise never see.
Because your guests are the ones behind the cameras, no two CANDIDCAM films will ever be the same. The finished film can only reflect what they choose to capture — and that unpredictability is a big part of what makes it so special.
