A Colourful April Wedding at Wyresdale Park

THE SCENE SETTER:

It was early May Bank Holiday and the feeling of excitement for the 2025 season had hit me hard. That and the feeling of complete anticipation as it was my first wedding of the year and I was hiding a little baby bump. I was yet to tell the world of my wonderful news but gladly I was past the morning sickness stage!

Anyway, back to Keri and Elliot's gorgeous wedding day...

I don't think I've photographed a wedding so colourful, it was stunning. Pops of cheerful colour were present in every detail. From the welcome sign, to the floral arrangements, the brides shoes and even some funky ass cigarettes. To match the bright colour scheme, the weather was gloriously bright too, which meant the couple could have the outdoor ceremony they'd been hoping for. The outdoor ceremony space at Wryesdale is so aesthetically pleasing, it's definitely a contender for the best I've shot.

From prep to party the day was fabulous. Keri and Elliot put on an amazing day for their friends and family and I'm so very grateful to have been a part of it. My first and hopefully not last wedding at Wryesdale.
