Emma + Josh

ECCLESTONE VILLAGE HALL | CHESHIRE

The Scene Setter:

A warm and bright September day. Apparently the month to get married if you want to avoid the rain! Emma did a, gold star award, good job of planning this day (for the record, I'm sure Josh helped too but Emma gets all the credit here). It's no easy task planning a DIY wedding, using a venue that isn't specifically a wedding space can sometimes be a flipping effort to transform. Plus can you believe she also handmade a shedload of paper confetti, which looked INCREDIBLE by the way (it's worth noting this takes an age. I tried it myself and broke 3 hole punches).

The ceremony was at the lovely Dodleston church and then we all headed onto the bohemian styled Eccleston Village Hall. Emma created magic with her DIY lighting, table styling and favours. All the signage was created by her talented friend and I'm sure she would want me to give a big shoutout to her mum for all her help, especially with creating the beautiful bouquets and also for whipping up the beautiful cake.

Emma and Josh you did a cracking job at creating the perfect day. Thank you for having me!

p.s. Emma you need to get yourself an event planning job!
